## A co-op brawler with a familiar cast

Tribute Games and Dotemu built Shredder’s Revenge around the look of the 1987 cartoon and side-scrolling arcade combat. You move through stages, choose a fighter and string together attacks against the Foot Clan. Dotemu lists up to six simultaneous players, with the four Turtles, April O’Neil and Master Splinter among the cast.

That makes this a sensible shortlist choice for a group that wants to play together rather than compete against one another. Its colorful pixel art and familiar characters are part of the appeal, but the main reason to choose it is the brawling itself: a shared activity built around fighting through each encounter, not an open-world exploration game.

## Choose the base game or the DLC bundle deliberately

The store also lists an **Ultimate Edition bundle at $16.17**, containing the game plus Dimension Shellshock and Radical Reptiles. The differently named Soundtrack Edition is not that gameplay bundle.
